What is Lodgestory — platform overview
Lodgestory is one platform with three products: Lodgestory CRM, Lodgestory Voice, and Content Studio. They share the same customer tenancy, so a conversation that starts as a web-chat message can become a call, then a ticket, then a follow-up campaign, without ever leaving Lodgestory.

Lodgestory CRM
A unified inbox for every channel your hospitality business uses — WhatsApp (official and unofficial), Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger, Email, Web Chat, and voice. Around the inbox sits a full contact directory, ticketing, bot journeys, AI agents, campaigns, and reporting. Every message and every call in Lodgestory flows through the CRM.
Lodgestory Voice
A voice platform built for hospitality. Phone numbers with voice menus and queues, in-browser softphones, recording, voicemail mailboxes with a triaged inbox, outbound campaigns, and AI voice agents. Works with your preferred telephony provider.
Content Studio
An AI content workstation. Scrape source pages, generate SEO-ready blog drafts in your voice, refine via chat with visible diffs, generate hero images and avatar videos, and publish to your website via API in seconds. Published blogs pick up the same chat widget your support team monitors, so traffic becomes conversation.

What each arrow means:
- Content Studio → marketing site. Blogs and videos publish to your Lodgestory marketing site.
- Marketing site → Web Chat. Visitors who open chat from a blog become CRM contacts.
- Phone calls → Inbox. Inbound calls appear in the same inbox as messages, attached to the caller's contact.
- Recording → contact record. Every connected call stores audio against the caller's timeline.
- Inbox → Tickets & Campaigns. A conversation can be promoted to a ticket or added to a campaign at any point.
Data in one place
Every conversation, every call, every contact lives in your organisation's tenancy. Moving from WhatsApp to voice to campaign follow-up is a routing decision, not an integration project. Team members see one contact record with every prior interaction, no matter which channel produced it.
Multi-region
Tenants in India are hosted on India infrastructure; tenants in the US on US infrastructure. Voice recordings, voicemails, and media stay in-region. Content Studio publishing goes to your own marketing site on your own domain.
AI used responsibly
Lodgestory uses AI throughout: bot journeys, AI chat agents, AI voice agents, blog generation, image generation, narration, and avatar video. In each case the AI is constrained by a brand or channel configuration you control. Content Studio research is grounded in live-web sources, not model hallucination. AI agents in chat and voice use tool calls — they can look up reservations, quote rates, and create bookings — but only what you've configured them to do.
What Lodgestory is not
- Not an OTA. Lodgestory doesn't list your property or take bookings on your behalf; it lets you talk to guests who reach you through any channel.
- Not a generic CRM retrofitted. Every workflow — ticketing, campaigns, lifecycle stages — is designed for hospitality rhythms.
- Not a vendor-hosted content tool. Content Studio publishes to your own site on your own domain; your SEO and audience stay yours.
