Welcome to Lodgestory. This page is where new team members, engineers, and content writers find their way into the documentation.
What Lodgestory is
Lodgestory is a hospitality-native platform with three products that work together:
- Lodgestory CRM — a unified inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Email, Web Chat, and voice calls, with bot journeys, AI agents, tickets, contacts, and campaigns.
- Lodgestory Voice — telephony that integrates directly with the CRM with Tata Tele Smartflo account or Lodgestory Voice: phone numbers, voice menus, agent softphones, call recording, voicemail, and outbound campaigns.
- Content Studio — an AI content workstation that scrapes sources, generates SEO-ready blogs, creates hero images and avatar videos, and publishes to your marketing site in seconds.
Pick your starting point
I'm a business owner deciding if Lodgestory fits
Read the three hub pages — CRM, Voice, and Content Studio — in order. Each has a TL;DR, customer scenarios, and a clear list of outcomes.
I'm a new team member and I need to get productive
Start with the Quick Start of whichever module you'll use most often — Home / Unified Inbox for chat agents, Calls for voice agents, Editor & Composition for marketers. Then read the feature-in-depth sections of adjacent modules as you need them.
I'm an admin setting up a new tenancy
Work through these in order: Team Members, Connections, Web Chat, Bot Journeys, then the Voice admin if you're on Voice. Each has a checklist-style Quick Start.
I'm an engineer or integrator
Each module has a dedicated API section near the end. For the public Lodgestory CRM API, start with the Authentication page, then navigate to the module you want. For Content Studio publishing, see Publishing to CRM.
I'm on the marketing / content team
Every module's Section 5 ("What is X?") and Section 11 ("Connections") is written to be liftable into a deck or landing page. Facts are verifiable; customer scenarios are concrete. Start with the three hub pages and then pull from the Section 5 / 11 of individual modules.
How these docs are organised
- Platform (this section) — orientation, glossary, account and sign-in basics, and the high-level architecture.
- Products — one hub per product, with a set of module pages inside each.
- Internal — gated runbooks for the platform team; not visible here.
