List comments received on the organisation's Instagram posts (newest first). Each comment carries the commenter (username, fromId), the post (mediaId, media), thread position (parentId, isReply), moderation state (hidden, deleted), whether the account has replied publicly (repliedAt) and the private-reply state (privateReply.status, privateReply.dmChatId).

Filters: mediaId (one post), since (comment time), includeOwn (the account's own replies), includeDeleted. Paginate with limit/offset.

To be notified as comments arrive, subscribe a webhook to instagram.comment.received.

Security:

• The organisationId in the URL must match the organisation your JWT was issued for — requests for a different organisation fail with 401.
• Requires CRM_ADMIN, ACCOUNT_OWNER, or CRM_BOT role; other roles receive 403.
• Comments are only available on INSTAGRAM (Instagram Login) channels that were reconnected with the comments permission; a workspace without comments enabled receives 503 INSTAGRAM_COMMENTS_NOT_MIGRATED.
