List Broadcast Voices

List the available text-to-speech voices (id + name) for voice broadcasts. Use a returned voice id as voiceId when placing a broadcast. configured=false means no TTS voice is set up for the deployment.

Optional — fetch voices through a specific voice account. Voices are identical across your accounts, so this is only needed to target a particular one. See GET /accounts.
