List the organisation's Instagram posts, reels and ads that have comment threads (newest first). Each item carries the post's threadChatId — the comment-thread chat you can read with the Chats API and assign with the Chat Assignments API — plus caption, permalink, type and Instagram's comment count.

Only posts that have received at least one comment (or were opened in the inbox) are listed — this is not the account's full media library. Filter to one account with channelId; paginate with limit/offset (hasMore signals another page).

Security:

• The organisationId in the URL must match the organisation your JWT was issued for — requests for a different organisation fail with 401.
• Requires CRM_ADMIN, ACCOUNT_OWNER, or CRM_BOT role; other roles receive 403.
• Comments are only available on INSTAGRAM (Instagram Login) channels that were reconnected with the comments permission; a workspace without comments enabled receives 503 INSTAGRAM_COMMENTS_NOT_MIGRATED.
