List Channels

https://api.lodgestory.com/api/wp-crm/channels/

Returns all messaging channels connected to your organisation.

Each channel represents a connected messaging platform account (WhatsApp Official, WhatsApp Unofficial, Instagram, etc.). The response includes:

  • Channel details — ID, type, phone number, connection status
  • 24h usage — number of new chats created through each channel in the past 24 hours

Use this to:

  • Discover which channelId to use when creating chats or sending messages
  • Monitor channel activity and connection health
