Returns all pre-approved WhatsApp message templates available across all channels in your organisation.

Templates are pre-approved message formats required by WhatsApp for initiating conversations outside the 24-hour messaging window. Each template includes its structure (header, body, footer, buttons) and approval status.

Use this to:

  • Discover available template names and their structure before sending template messages
  • Check which parameters a template expects (use the body, header, and buttons fields)
  • Identify the organisationWpChannelId a template belongs to

Note: Only WHATSAPP_OFFICIAL channels support template messages. Templates with templateStatus other than APPROVED cannot be sent.
