Mints a one-time link your tenant opens to connect their own WhatsApp Business number via Meta Embedded Signup. The returned onboardingUrl contains the raw link token and is shown only once — store it or hand it to the tenant immediately. On completion the tenant is redirected to redirectUrl with status, tenant_ref and channel_id query params, and the link status endpoint reports COMPLETED with the new channelId.
